1. TO ENTER: Closing on October 29th at midnight (Eastern Standard Time), purchase a weekend membership at Reversed Polarity Convention held on November 1- 3, 2013, and your entry will be automatically entered. Only one (1) entry per membership purchase.
2. PRIZE: The God Complex Prize Package will consist of:
   • An exclusive Pre-Classic Pub dinner mingle with our guests
     Entry (and meal of choice) into the Classic Pub Dinner ($44 value) (for two)
   • Group photo with the guests, taken during the mingle time
     Front of the line access to autograph and photo sessions. PLUS one (1) free Autograph and Photograph with a Media Guest of your choice
   • Two (2) Nights hotel accommodation at the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel
   • Dinner-for-Two at Crave Restaurant located in the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel (to a maximum of $100 CAD, no cash value).
   • Two (2) Reversed Polarity sales t-shirts.
   • No other prize elements are implied or offered and no cash component is implied or offered. Retail value of the God Complex Prize Package is approximately $650.00 CAD.
     1. Weekend-for-Two certificate must be used at the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel, and is valid over the weekend of Reversed Polarity (November 1-3, 2013) and after until December 15, 2013. Accommodation is subject to space availability. The certificate must be presented for redemption, has no cash value, and covers the cost of two (2) nights accommodation with taxes included. Winner must cover any additional room expenses that might be incurred, such as mini-bar, in-room movies, room service, etc. Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card to the hotel upon registration, for incidentals. If Winner is unable to provide hotel with a credit card, instead a deposit of $50 CAD per night of stay (in cash) will be required upon check-in; unused portion of cash deposit will be refunded upon check-out . This policy is non-negotiable, and the Winner must have the credit card or deposit ready at time of check-in at the hotel front desk in order to redeem the prize.
     2. Dinner-for-Two Gift Certificate must be used at Crave Restaurant, located in the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel, and is valid for the weekend of Reversed Polarity (November 1-3, 2013) and after until December 15, 2013. This certificate must be presented for redemption, has no cash value, and covers cost of food, taxes, and non-alcoholic beverages only (gratuity is excluded), to a maximum of $100 CAD.
     3. Parking at the hotel, room charges, bar bills, photographs, autographs, and any other extra costs incurred by the Winner or their Guest, however incurred, are not part of the prize offering and are not covered by Polaris 26 or the TCON Promotional Society.
     4. The God Complex Prize Package must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable, not for resale and has no cash surrender value whatsoever. Reversed Polarity and the TCON Promotional Society (the “Sponsors”) reserve the right, in the event that a program or any component of a program cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another program element of equal or greater value, without liability, if and where possible at our discretion. 3. DRAWING: A random draw will be held on October 31, 2013, at 12:00 PM. (North American Eastern Time) in Toronto, Canada, from among all eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date. Odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date.
4. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be of the age of majority and cannot be a member of the Convention Committee, their affiliated companies or agents, their respective advertising or promotional agencies, or a member of any such person’s immediate family (regardless of where they live) or with persons whom they are domiciled (whether related to the person or not). In these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters or spouse. Both the prize package Winner and their Guest must be 18 years of age or older and provide valid photo I.D. As proof of age before any prize element can be awarded. The Sponsors reserve the right to refuse to surrender any element of the prize package to any winner or guest of winner who does not provide valid photo I.D. Proof that they are 18 years of age or older.
5. GENERAL: By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of with respect to all aspects of the contest, which are final.
   1. Each selected entrant will be required to sign a Declaration and Release Form provided by the Sponsors confirming compliance with the Official Rules, acceptance of the Prize Package as awarded, without substitution, and releasing the Sponsors, their affiliated and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent contest organization and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with the Prize Package or this contest before the Prize Package will be awarded.
   2. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
   3. The Sponsors accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or claims caused by, or resulting from, the contest. By entering, the Winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city, country) and/or photograph without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsors.
   4. The Sponsors will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, falsified, incomplete or destroyed entries and all such entries are void. The Sponsors do not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost, delayed, or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or failures of any telephone or computer lines or networks, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void.
   5. The Sponsors reserve the right to terminate or to amend this contest at any time and in any way, without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, if, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or infection by computer virus, the Sponsors reserve the right to cancel the contest and conduct the draws from all previously received eligible online entries. The Sponsors shall not be held responsible for any problems, errors, or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the contest, including but not limited, to any damage to an entrant’s computer equipment, system, software, or any combination thereof, as a result of the entrant’s participation in this contest.
   6. All entries become the permanent property of the Sponsors and none will be returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
   7. The Sponsors respect your right to privacy. Subject to Section 10, the personal information collected will only be used to administer the contest.
